  Had a real problem cancelling membership. Took a long time for cancellation to process and then when it did they kept taking money from my account. Heard many others have had the exact same issue since then, and seen friends and family experience the same issue first hand. Overpriced and horrible customer service. Management was very responsive when i was trying to sign up and then extremely hard to get a hold of when i was cancelling. Planet Fitness is a better Gym, less expensive and cancellation was hastle free and customer service blows Anytimes out of the water. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this Gym.

  Best gym in town with the best customer service. Made the MISTAKE of switching to Planet- complete garbage. No issue with cancellation at Anytime all but had a problem when I left Planet- kept billing me. The amount of people that left and are coming back is crazy. Good for Anytime for staying positive and being a real gym.

  BEST gym in town by far. Made the mistake of going to Planet when it opened (no cancellation issue with Anytime and you have to give 30 days notice, people, it's a contract) but couldn't get Planet to stop billing when I left there. PUMPED to be back at a real gym with no pizza stench and 100 pound dumbbells plus a staff who know what their doing not fake trainers. Best customer service, sorry I ever left and cool to see so many people coming back.

  Absolutely the best fitness place in town for the price- I've been to a few. The classes are worth every penny alone. The staff are always happy and make you feel at home. It's also the cleanest gym I've ever been in and you can tell the members and staff care about the gym. Even brought some of my friend's from other gyms and they're Anytime members now plus I got free time on my membership when they joined! Try Yoga and Piloxing! Love my Anytime

  Would rate 0 star if I could. Hands down WORST gym I have ever been to. Nothing but a hassle to cancel my membership. Cancelled it in November, they said it was processed and yet are still withdrawing money even though its mid January. Absolutely ridiculous especially seeing as they needed proof that I no longer lived in town AND a cancellation letter. Run while you can and go elsewhere! Planet Fitness is WAY better and the cancellation policy is super easy!
